Gracie Barra North Houston's, Coach Matt Wald traveled to Oklahoma November 12th to go and win the C.E.C Muay Thai JrWelterweight Championship in a hard fought split decision victory!!  Way to go Coach Matt!!

Coach Gerardo has been a longtime friend of the Gracie Barra North Houston team, helping coach and prepare many from our competition team with previous MMA, and Muay Thai bouts.  With a 4-0 competitive MMA record to his own credit, Gerardo was able to attribute his unique Muay Thai style to lead him to success on the professional level of combative sports.  Gerardo's communication skills has also found him success on the coaching level, most recently helping corner Coach Alex Morono in Alex's latest professional win.

We look forward to seeing Coach Gerardo share with the Magnolia students his Muay Thai philosophy and help push them to be the best at Muay Thai they can be.

Ricky Turcios did it again, being the standout of the night, in his 2nd Ammy MMA Bout; now 2-0. Ricky came out with the victory via a very technical first round KO and earned KO of the Night. His first fight just 2 months ago earned him Fight of the Night. Congrats Ricky!
